このゲームは大東亜戦争（太平洋戦争）の珊瑚海海戦から1942年中の戦闘を1戦略ターン2カ月程度全4タ

　1942年6月23日、日本帝国海軍第一航空艦隊はニューカレドニア北方200浬の海域を航行中だった。戦艦と比べても遜色ない巨躯を持つ2隻の空母とやや小振りな2隻の空母が14隻の護衛艦艇を従者のように従えていた。

このゲームは珊瑚海海戦から1942年中の戦闘を1戦略ターン2カ月程度全4ターン9フェイズで表わしています。
史実で行われたMI作戦は中止され代わりにフィジー・サモアを占領して米豪間の連絡線を遮断するFS作戦が実行できます。1ユニット…大和級戦艦1隻、戦艦2隻、空母2隻1個戦隊、巡洋艦隊です。
