　　　クラスメートの小夜が学校に来なくなって数日。
　　　家へ見舞いに行ったリコは、そこで彼女の遺体を発見する。
　　　後日リコは、小夜の死が、世間を騒がせる怪異『鏡の中の少女』によって
　　　もたらされたものであると知るが……
