女子大学生の雪瑞葉（ゆき・みずは）には友達がいなかった。同じ大学の女子たちから悪い噂を流されていたためだ。
皆が彼女を無視して、卒業制作ですら彼女は一人で終わらせなければならなかった。ある夜、彼女は卒業制作をするために自習室に来ていた。
しかし、周囲がうるさかったため、引き返し、彼女の寮の隣にある使われていない廃寮の自習室を使うことにした。その時、彼女は廃寮の前に立つ一人の男に出会った。男は彼女に寮に入らないよう注意を促したが、瑞葉はそれを無視して古い寮に入ってしまった...
