ミラーサイトによると
このツールを動かすにはDirect X8.0以上が必要とのこと。
おそらくこれで作られたゲームを遊ぶ際にも必要と思われます。
また、Windows7以外にも、
2000、XP、Vista、8に対応しているそうですが、
作者の持っている環境がWin7 64bitしかないので詳細不明です。
Win7 64bitじゃないけど正常に動いたよって方は報告していただけると助かります。
